• This package is for 1 or more people (18 years or older) to be on the application when we apply for the rental property. (Please choose add on for more than 1 adult) Members are more than welcome to add occupants to their lease at a later date with their leasing agent at the chosen property.
• This package includes EVERYTHING needed for our organization to apply on your behalf.
• Please choose the appropriate add on(s) service if there will be more than 1 adult on rental application.

• Once you make your payment we will send you all details needed to move forward, which will entail all information we need from you including 3 zip codes you are planning to move to.

• This process may take up to 2-3 months. We will let you know your options based on the zip codes you send us within 2 weeks after the purchase of your package so that you can take a look at the properties and make a decision. You can either go tour the property or view it online. You will then have another 2 weeks to get back to us. You are also welcome to provide us with your own preferences.
