So, How does the program work?

I created a new program for people so that they can get approved for a home in their name.

Once you make your payment you will receive your application approval number self service packet within 48-72 hours unless you pay $40 for expedited delivery (packet comes within 24 hours and this only applies to apartments). For apartments you will want to be sure to apply to an apartment that does NOT require a minimum credit score because with your new AAN there will be a clean credit history so there will be no score.  (Don’t worry about a credit score if you are purchasing a house packet) The packet will arrived via email & will include the following:

1. A new application approval number (aan) (please use this number in place of your social security number on your application)

2. A new address for rental verification this address will be linked to your new aa number (you will use this address as your current or previous address when completing your rental application)

3. Landlord information for rental verification (phone # , email & fax)

4. Unlimited support from our experts during normal business hours M-W 8am-9pm, T & F 10am-7pm Saturday 11am-5pm Closed on Sundays
